Below is a list of questions we are regularly asked. If you can’t find the answer to your query, please either give us a call or send us a message via our contact page.

Our free wifi is available throughout the park, so you should be able to get online right at your pitch.

We will always do our best to accommodate you in your favourite area, but we can not ever guarantee any specific pitch numbers will be available. Pitch allocation is not finalised until check in.
Pitches are available from 11.30am on arrival day. We will be doing contactless check in where you remain in your car. You will be advised in advance of an arrival time window we would like you to arrive during, however we want everyone checked in by 6pm so please make sure you are here by then. Barriers secure the park and you will not be able to gain access without your entrance pin code. Unfortunately we do not have room to accommodate late or very early arrivals. We only have limited space outside the reception, so please do not arrive before 11.30am.
During the shoulder season this is usually no problem. We just ask for a donation in our charity box. Please enquire at reception. During peak times it is more difficult to accommodate late departures if the pitch is booked for the next arrival. Although you may be able to park your tent or caravan in another spot for the day. Please check with reception.
  • Once you have made your booking and paid an initial payment, the price of the holiday will not be subject to any change unless extra people or facilities (as agreed in advance of arrival with East Fleet Farm Touring Park) not advised at time of booking are required.
  • If you are not happy with any aspect of your booking, cancellation can be made within 7 days of the booking being made for a full refund of your initial payment**. After this time the initial payment becomes non-refundable for whatever reason. However if you give us reasonable notice of cancellation, we may be able to hold your initial payment for use against a future stay with us within the same season as the original booking.
** If your holiday is due to commence within 7 days of booking then your initial payment is non-refundable at any stage.
We are on the shores of the Fleet Lagoon, and although there are great walks and stunning views from the park - the shoreline is not suitable for swimming as it is a nature reserve, similar to an estuary. The nearest safe sandy beach is Weymouth which is 3 miles away.
Sorry but our farmyard area is a fully working farm and not set up for visitors. There are always plenty of animals around in the nearby fields. Chickens are up by the farm houses.
Unfortunately this season we are unable to offer an Ice Block freezing service.
The village bus runs every 20 mins Monday - Friday, and hourly at weekends from the end of our lane (1 km). We do have an up-to-date timetable in our reception. A taxi into Weymouth is approximately £8.
Yes, all the pitches are numbered and allocated with plenty of space for parking and bbq’s etc.
Generally we only accept bookings for one family in each unit. This is because whilst your tent or caravan may sleep 8 - 10 people or more, we have found from past experience that it can cause problems if the weather turns bad and you are all cooped up in a confined space.
Due to the latest Covid -19 restrictions on gatherings. We have decided not to allow any more group bookings for the remainder of the 2020 season. If you already have an existing booking with friends or family and the total number of people in the group is less than six, it will remain valid.
Yes, Please see our Information For Dog Owners web page. Cats and other pets are most welcome too. We have had a wide variety of pets stay with us in the past - tortoise, guinea pigs, rabbits - even a skunk and an owl. Just make sure you bring adequate security for them as we would hate them to become the local foxes next dinner.
Sorry but due to safety reasons and also the fact that the smoke from open fires may annoy other campers, we do not allow fires of any kind. You may use a proper barbecues for cooking purposes, however these must be let to go out and not topped up with sticks or wood etc after you have finished cooking.
Our shop can swap bottles for you, or you can purchase new bottles from us. We also stock small disposable cartridges for camping stoves.
We have exciting food choices again from local vendors again this year. Portland Pizza Company with their wood fired pizza oven and Bennetts award winning Fish and Chips will be returning for the Mayday bank holiday weekend then regular Fridays & Saturdays during May until 1/2 term at the end of the month, together with new offerings from 1/2 term Bennetts are doing regular Tuesdays and Fridays, while Portland Pizza will be here Wednesdays & Saturdays. You are welcome to order a takeaway to be delivered to the bar if you don’t fancy the festival food. We will give you plates and knives and forks, and even do the washing up for you!! We don’t produce food from the bar anymore.
Yes! We have just completed our new baby and toddler bathroom. It has a small bath with shower head too at waist height to make it easier to clean your little ones. Also in the room is a large work surface to read out your clean clothes etc and a pull down baby changing unit.
